Oksana Gruszka was accepted into Art School at age 7. After 12 years training in art, she went on to earn her degree as an architect. Oksana’s art focuses on the fine detail in exploring harmony with nature. Her realistic flowers and birds are reminiscent of Audubon. Faces have eyes filled with emotion and feelings. Historic places are both interesting and artistic. In her strive to create a more vivid three dimensional artwork, Oksana uses the laborious Flemish masters seven-layers oil technique. These photographic-like renderings require that each layer of oil to be completely dry before adding another. It takes months to create these realistic images. Her gallery is filled with 3-D original oil paintings, vivid watercolors, reproductions and prints.
